Enough is a part of Fair Insects and therefore in this privacy statement it will be further referenced to as Fair Insects. Fair Insects company is located at Industriestraat 3 in Dongen and is responsible for processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.
When placing an order on our webshop we receive a number of data from you. This data is necessary for us to deliver our products and services to you.
1. Data needed to handle your order properly, includes:
- Name and address details
- Bank details
- Phone number
- Delivery addres
- Email address
We work together with a payment service and logistics parties. The data released here is only to be able to complete the order.
Your details will be stored when you contact Enough via the contact page or register for the newsletter. Here, the information requested, such as your name, company name, email address and phone number is only for us to be able to serve you further. With this information, we may be able to:
- Send a newsletter
- Inform about offers that can be relevant to you
The Enough website collects data in order to improve the website. This happens through Google Analytics. This information is anonymous and not tied to your personal information. You can think about the time spent on specific pages and which pages are (or are not) visited.
Your data is stored by Fair Insects for no longer than it is necessary to carry out the activities, unless we have to keep your data longer because of legal regulations. Personal data will be collected for a number of purposes which are explained below:
1. Sending newsletters
Your name and email address will be stored in Mailchimp. The storage of this data is indefinite. You can unsubscribe yourself via the link at the bottom of the newsletters
When you contact Enough by email, the information you send, such as name, company name and email address, is stored on the mail server. The e-mails are stored up to two years.
The data that Analytics collects on the website is anonymous and therefore not connected to your name, company name and email address. This data is stored indefinitely within Analytics.
Sharing personal data with third parties
We share your personal data with suppliers and third parties only if necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. With companies that process your data in our assignment, we have a processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

Right to access
You have the right to request, view and possibly have your personal data that Fair Insects stores, deleted. You do this by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org To make sure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send you a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Social Security number (BSN). With this, we don't want to accidentally send someone else's data.
Fair Insects takes the protection of your personal data seriously and that's why we handle it as carefully as possible. We take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access or unwanted disclosure.

Social media (Facebook & LinkedIn)
Our website contains buttons to promote ("like" web pages or share on social networks such as Facebook and LinkedIn. These buttons work by means of pieces of code that come from Facebook and LinkedIn itself. Cookies are placed by means of this code. We have no influence on this. - Magento; it uses a functional website cookie for the smooth operation of the website.
